Evenhale Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Evenhale. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
Evenhale is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules of the App Store and these Terms of Use.
Apple Standard EULA
Unless a different custom license is provided in App Store Connect for the app, your use of Evenhale is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/macapps/stdeula.
Permitted Use
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
No Warranty
Evenhale is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Not Medical Advice
Evenhale is intended to support general wellness and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from or related to your use of the app.
Updates and Changes
The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. These Terms of Use may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an updated version of these terms becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated. They will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.
